Buchanan Partners, LLC is a leading full-service real estate development firm operating in the Washington, D.C. region since 1998.
Buchanan Partners’ predecessor, Buchanan companies, pioneered developments in the then-emerging markets of Herndon, Ballston, Western Alexandria and eastern Loudoun County in Virginia and Frederick County, Maryland. Following in these footsteps, Buchanan Partners has spearheaded commercial and residential development in today’s emerging markets, including southern Loudoun County and Prince William County in Virginia, City of Manassas, Glenmont in Maryland and northeast, D.C.
Buchanan Partners maintains both a strong regional perspective and local community involvement, in addition to the specific project focus that is necessary for a successful real estate development project.
Buchanan Partners’ reputation for integrity, innovation and quality continues to attract leading lending institutions, high-caliber equity partners and land investors.
With a portfolio spanning a broad range of building types, Buchanan is able to move with the market, whether the environment favors residential, office, industrial, or raw land investments.
